About Us
Founded in 2022, Semper Africa is a boutique leadership advisory firm. We are a trusted advisor to boards, executive teams and human resources leaders in private and public sectors across Sub Saharan Africa. Our practice areas cut across Leadership Coaching, Retained Executive Search and Board & Governance Advisory.
Our team is led by two Managing Partners with combined experience of over 40 years in Leadership Advisory and Executive Search. We deeply understand the business environment in Sub Saharan Africa, and we are one of very few firms with a truly well-developed on the ground Africa presence. We provide a high touch Partner led service, and each Partner has built deep expertise in their chosen markets helping them to create a tailored approach to each assignment.
